TAN2GO Mini-PC – Plug & Play HDMI Queue Calling System

The TAN2GO Queue Calling System is a simple and flexible solution designed to help businesses organize customer flow and efficiently manage one or multiple waiting queues. The system can operate with or without tickets and connects directly to compatible HD or Full HD (1080p) TVs, monitors and commercial displays equipped with an HDMI input.

Designed as a convenient Plug & Play solution, TAN2GO can be installed in just a few minutes with minimal setup. Simply connect the TAN2GO Mini-PC to your display using the supplied HDMI cable, connect the wireless USB keypad, and the system is ready to use.

From the service counter, staff can use the wireless keypad to call the next customer number, which is then displayed on the connected screen. This provides customers with a clear and simple way to know when it is their turn while helping staff maintain an organized waiting area.

The customer-facing display can also feature your own logo, image, menu, advertisement or promotional content. Using the supplied TAN2GO USB key, the displayed visual can be updated whenever your content changes, allowing the screen to serve as both a queue display and a communication tool for your customers.
