Under some conditions, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you some instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All deposits made are non-refundable but transferable for the purchase of another product if the customer changes their mind. This means that if you decide not to proceed with your original purchase, you can still use your deposit towards the purchase of another item. Please note that this policy applies to all deposits made, regardless of the amount.
The reimbursement value is limited to the value of the purchase; extra charges might be applied for restocking fees. Delivery fees and packaging aren’t reimbursable. A restocking fee on every returned product is charge of 15% of the regular pricing shown on erga.ca and that are returned within the 10-day return policy. If you have benefited of any promotional pricing on the shipping costs, these charges will be fully deducted (shipping and/or return) from the reimbursement.
