The TAN2GO Queue Calling System Kit is a simple and flexible solution designed to help businesses organize customer flow and efficiently manage one or multiple waiting queues. The system can operate with or without tickets and connects directly to compatible HD or Full HD (1080p) TVs, monitors and commercial displays equipped with an HDMI input.
Designed as a convenient Plug & Play solution, TAN2GO can be installed in just a few minutes with minimal setup. Simply connect the TAN2GO Mini-PC to your display using the supplied HDMI cable, connect the wireless USB keypads, and the system is ready to use.
From the service counter, staff can use the wireless keypads to call the next customer number, which is then displayed on the connected screen. This provides customers with a clear and simple way to know when it is their turn while helping staff maintain an organized waiting area.
The customer-facing display can also feature your own logo, image, menu, advertisement or promotional content. Using the supplied TAN2GO USB key, you can update the displayed visuals yourself at any time, including after installation, as your business needs evolve. Optional display customization services are also available for customers who prefer to have their initial display personalized for them.

Display Customization Options
The TAN2GO kit includes a standard display, ready to use. Customers can update their display content themselves using the supplied TAN2GO USB key, at no additional charge. For those who prefer a personalized display prepared for them, the following optional services are available:

Add Your Logo (+$149 CAD): Replace the TAN2GO logo with your own.

Custom Branded Display (+$249 CAD): Add your logo and choose from our selection of premium backgrounds.
For either option, we'll contact you after your order to collect your logo and, where applicable, help you select your preferred background.
