Under some conditions, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking fees

The reimbursement value is limited to the value of the purchase; extra charges might be applied for restocking fees. Delivery fees and packaging aren’t reimbursable. A restocking fee on every returned product is charge of 15% of the regular pricing shown on and that are returned within the 10-day return policy. If you have benefited of any promotional pricing on the shipping costs, these charges will be fully deducted (shipping and/or return) from the reimbursement.
